I'm making multiple cakes for my cousin's baby shower in April. So I thought I would do a few test cakes for the big event. I really want to do one of the ruffle cakes that are popping up everywhere. I think they are pretty, different and perfect for showers and girly birthday parties.
Here's my test run on that cake but with whipped icing. I really don't like how the icing is loose and sloppy...too soft. So I'm going to work with buttercream on this one. Probably taste yummy though!!
